In 1984 Saskatoon Hardwood Flooring started doing floors the custom "site-finished" way.  Natural wood is installed, sanded and finished on-site for a sealed, tabletop finish.

Even damage to original hardwood a can be matched and stained to be virtually undetectable.

Where wax was once the bane of past generations, todays new surface finishes are a vast improvement and can now offer many years of service life. We now use water based finished that are eco friendly, have less VOC's than the past Polyurethanes. We do however still use Polyurethanes as requested to color match previous work. But now a large percentage is water based and two part component finishes.  We at Saskatoon Hardwood believe in only using the very best products to service your hardwood flooring while keeping a green outlook.
